How is an Unboxed hub different from a new one?
Our Unboxed option is the same Hubitat Elevation C-8 Pro Europe Version model, offered at a lower price. Unboxed hubs may be refurbished, but they go through the quality assurance process of Hubitat Inc. (USA) and are supplied without the original retail box. You get the same C-8 Pro smart home features.
Do I need to buy a power adapter separately?
No. We include an EU power adapter with your Unboxed hub, so you don’t need to purchase one separately.
Does the Unboxed hub come with a guarantee and a return option?
Yes. Your Unboxed hub is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against faults or issues with conformity. You also have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you change your mind. Simply contact us for help with a return or guarantee claim.
