Will my automations work without an internet connection?
Supported local automations run directly on your Hubitat hub and can keep working during an internet outage. Cloud-dependent devices, integrations and services, such as Alexa, still require an internet connection.
Does my Hubitat C-8 Pro come with a guarantee and a return option?
Yes. Hubs purchased from us are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against faults or issues with conformity. You also have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you change your mind. Simply contact us for help with a return or guarantee claim.
Do I need a subscription to use my Hubitat C-8 Pro?
No. Core hub features and local automation do not require a subscription. Optional paid services are available separately.
