tempSensor lets you measure temperature through its waterproof probe.
This wi-fi (2.4 MHz) device will connect to your router to give you temperature readings in its own app (wBox) or you can connect it to a Hubitat hub. It's a great accurate and waterproof temperature sensor ideal for home automation.

tempSensor is powered by USB C 5V connector so you can use any phone charger as long as it's at least 200mA.
It may be calibrated in its app or in Hubitat +-12C.
Measuring range: from -55°C to 125°C
tempSensor is easily configured in its Android or iOS app as well as through a web browser.
You can set the app to notify you once the temperature is higher or lower than desired. So it can be done in Hubitat.
The app offers historical data up to one year.
tempSensor is easily handled in Hubitat's UI. It shows a current temperature as well as it's trend (up, even, down). You can trigger various actions using data provided.
tempSensor also allows for setting up to 30 so called 'actions'. It can trigger a GET URL action from within its own settings (as well as from Hubitat) so you can use it with Hubitat's Maker API to change a state of a virtual switch etc. Also this allows for triggering Hubitat from a remote location using a cloud URL for an endpoint. That means a tempSensor can be placed in a different wi-fi than a hub.
